I didnt post but on Sunday I did JMs Banish fat boost metabolism, 45 min and on Monday 30 day shred lvl 2.

20 min dancing plus 10 min walk in the morning.

I worked so much these days, so I did not exercise at all (and feel extremely guilty because of it). Today I managed finally to go out and enjoy a long walk, 1,5hr, with my adorable dog.

Wow, you look awesome, such great transformation! Thanks for sharing, I have similar starting weight as you did (151) and my dream weight is 125. It seemed completely unattainable, but you just showed me it can be done.

40 min walking in the morning and in the evening as a punisment for eating a bag of candies and chocolate cake JMs Banish fat boost metabolism (I hate this workout because it is sooo hard!). Woo hoo!

Amazing! Hopefully, I will also be there one day :) WOW, I just realised that I am planning to lose almost the same amount of weight as my dogs food weighs. :noway:

I am in! I did JMs 30 Day Shred in May, great workout considering it takes only 20 min. So, we are supossed to start on Monday and train 5 to 6 days a week?

I am working long hours so it is almost impossible for me to workout in the evening. Yesterday I came home from work at 11 PM, washed my hair and went to bed :( And as I am not morning person, I cannot get up in 5 AM to workout and then go out and walk my dog for an hour. Any advice is more than welcome! 20 min dancing…

Ripped in 30, lvl 1 done. I didnt feel like working out at all, but thanks to this group I managed to get my *kitten* moving :)

I walked my dog today for 2,5 hrs. My legs are killing me!!!! And it feels soooo good!!
