Cardio of 310 , strength of 105 + 60 of core and punishment done.

As of today I have 250 in cardio, 90 in strength, 45 in core and have done my punishment. If y'all need some help in something that I am over in let Tj know so she can give it to ya. I will have all by time to turn it in.

I am doing good so far...I guess. I am off the next two day's as of now so I plan and getting in some numbers since I will be home.....But you never know :tongue: I may get a life instead LOL

Hello Team Glenn and Maggie ....I am from Team Walker...I was part of Team creepy kid's but we know how that went :ohwell: Anyway I am here to ask if I may do reverse planks for the punishment ? Because I am just getting over a broken foot and planks scare me. Please let me know if that is ok . Thanks Georgie

Can I do reverse planks ??? My foot still gives me problems from the break and I am very worried that I will re-break it ? I will go ask them and see what they say.....can't hurt.

All I know is Lizzie was a creepy kid and I was not sad to see her go..... I am glad that the baby made it and feel bad that Mika didn't...... So are we Walkers now or what ????

Cardio 250 , strength of 180 and did spartan bow 4/ 4 day's not saying it was the best...lol lost 2.7 lb this week .

JC I have more then 10 lb to go, I just have 10 left in the goal I set for this. I don't have size I want to be or a weight for that matter. I guess I will know when I get there.

I tried y'all sticker page thing and had to get a photobucket account and it still didn't work but I am done with it today !!!!! I did it twice and it doesn't show. Beside I am NOT a fitspiration I am only a bad example :blushing:

My numbers for the week....Weight loss of 2.1 lbs . Exercise cardo: 275 (45 of that is combat) , strength: 150 (60 of that is leg's), 20 min's bring sally up. SaraAlexandre adopted me and gave me 10 min's and I adopted Hajenkatt and gave her 10 min's. None of those min's are added in to any of my times.
