  • Hey, No, I am not deliberately 100 under my goal, and my goal includes calories burned from exercise. I find that I cannot meet my goal calories, I just eat as regularly as I used to. Anyways, it's been better since yesterday. I'm just tired from gymming now and a bit sore. :(
