100% true on heavy lifting days I always weigh 3-5 lbs more the next day but after a rest day I will suddenly drop 2-4 lbs.

I usually drink a bottle of wine (high alchohol 14-15% Cabernet Sauvignon) on Friday night and have a glass or two during the week. I usually increase my cardio and cut my carbs on those days.

Add me! I gained 75lbs with the first baby, then lost 25lbs then gained 35 lbs with my twins. I also gained about 35lbs in the four years between marriage and babies! I was 312 at my heaviest and now I'm down to 246. My goal is 180-190.

I am a chinese american, I ate rice for EVERY meal! Porridge for breakfast, rice with meat, rice with veggies, rice rice rice... wonderful delicious sticky rice. I finally gave it up all together. I know this sounds crazy but my husband is a night snacker and I started to develop that habit so what I did was convince myself that feeling hungry at night was good thing. I just kept saying, "Feeling hungry at night means less weight tomorrow!"
