So Ive been really bad about weighing in because Ive been in and out of my hometown. But now I'm back for the semester, and I plan to weigh in on Friday. Plus I really like the new thread we started about the weekly challenge. It makes for a quick workout even if i have to study for a test or something.

Chrisja I have the same problem, but it starts the week before for me. So hang in there and you'll drop again. However, my weekend was unsuccesfull due to a home football game at Stillwater, which meant tailgating. But I'll be sure to make one day not let me fall off the bandwaggon.

one really quick and easy way to get some veggies is to add a can of green beans and some diced onions with a beef bullion cube. let it simmer for 20-30 minutes. the beef bullion lets the flavor soak up and tastes way better than just canned green beans.
