I started with a very very strict calorie count plan, then once I started to understnad food better I gave my self the freedom to just eat without a great investigation into each meal.   • I am doing the Dukan - its a pretty simple plan to follow once your on to it. I have little time to get to the gym after work and this plan works for me. I play soccer once a week in a charity league, but that about all the activity I get. I now down 33lbs in 12 weeks form what I am eating. It has worked for me.

  • A major help really is to plan your meal ahead of time. This I find is less stressful when shopping, this also helps me to put food out of my mind throughout the day. I just know what I am having for lunch / snacks / and dinner. No food "day dreaming" .
  • I totally understand your frustration with stretch marks. Know that they do naturally fade over time. You can speed things up by rubbing Bio Oil on the effected areas. I notice that in the summer when I am tanned they are also less noticable. All will be fine nothing to worry about.
