If you purchase phase 1 on it's own it's about $40. You can purchase this alone and get awesome results. For IMMERSION, you pay the $600 or a payment plan. But understand it's way more than just phase 2 and 3. You get access to EVERYTHING they offer, including any updates and new programs for life. If you bought everything…

Breakfast usually is just a cup of herbal tea. I don't usually "eat" until 12p or so.

I would save calories period, not just exercise calories (I consider those bonus) ie: If I take in 7000 calories over 7 days, that averages to 1000 calories per day. When I know I have a major event on the weekend coming up, I just eat less on the days leading up to that event (usually after also, but I'm trying to keep…

I've dropped 20+ lbs and don't eat to 1200 everyday, most days I am at 1000 or less with Saturday being my day up to BMR (about 1300, though sometimes I'll eat more). I eat on average 6000 - 7000 calories each week. The deficit that exercise creates means my body is using…

As for the 8lbs being light or heavy it would depend on which muscle group you are working. The larger the muscle group, the more weight you should be able to lift. 8 lbs might feel heavy…

No, if you're not hungry there is no need to force yourself to eat. It's not going to do you any good to force yourself to eat and then feel sick. Also, try not to count your exercise calories in your net calories. Eat less to drop the weight, exercise to maintain the muscle you have. Any calories burned from exercise…
