every body is different, and for me, upping calories always caused weight gain, cutting calories always caused weight loss. very simple. but that is my body and my experience. and it has been a huge success for me and i feel great!

I've been working on weight loss for years, and I finally was able to lose the weight in the past 6 months. I'm down to 136lb at 5'6.
