Yes. 5-10 minute warm-up (today this was the stair climber). Followed by a 30 minute leg workout. Then an hour of cardio. (I mix up what I do for cardio--stair climber, elliptical, treadmill, tennis, bootcamp, etc.) Then stretching. I typically will not run if I do a leg workout since both put stress on the knees.
