Many days, if it were not for coffee, I'd get no water at all. I'm trying to up my water intake so I started adding lemon or cucumber or mint to my glass to give it a subtle taste (other than water - blah!). I also make myself drink a glass of water in the a.m. before my coffee.

Hey, I'm in Pembroke Pines (Silver Lakes) and recently retired from the Navy. Trying to get out of the post-retirement funk. Lemme know if you want to walk/run/motivate together... I'm pretty flexible, time wise.

I'm still here, so the choices you made didn't kill me. Stay the course, there's plenty of good things to come and they definitely outweigh the bad. Just get out of your head sometime and don't care so much about what others think.
