  • I am eating a minimum of 1200 calories a day and no more than a maximum of 1500 and I have lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks. You need to eat more or your body is going to think it is starving and start hording what you do eat.
  • I have been doing the Zumba Fitness for Wii. A 45 minute class burns b/w 600 to 700 calories. The 66 minute class can burn as many as 1000 calories! Love it because not only am I getting a good workout but it is fun and makes me want to keep doing it. I think they have Zumba for some of the other gaming machines too.
