Welllllll I'm 26 and I feel 20x better than I did at 21 or 18 for that matter :-D I really think its only gonna get better the healthier and more fit I get! Id say look into some getting protein supplements, but I found that lean turkey has lots of protein. Also roast beef is good as well. Great for sandwiches :-)

I was doing mainly cardio with light weights and had a 3 month stall. Then I incorporated strength training and got a hrm so that I could monitor my calories in vs. calories out closer. Worked like a charm :-)

Really do have to make it a priority. Its easy to say you don't have time to exercise yet when there is an important meeting, or an errand comes up there is always time for that. 30 minutes is really all you need. You could even start with 25 at least. Try exercising with the kids.
