OMG 6 tablespoons!? Thats a little ridiculous....my peanut butter says 2 is the serving size and I usually only eat about 3/4 of that! PORTION CONTROL PORTION CONTROL PORTION CONTROL....thats all I have to say about that....

So true! Back in college I thought it was the weightlifting that was bulking me up....but it was really just the freshman 15 lol I was eating thousands of cals and didn't even know it hahahaha darn you college meal plan!

I know PLENTY of girls who are with fat guys. I also know an obese guy who pulls chicks ALL the time...I don't personally go for bigger guys but its really all about the personality. If a fat guy has confidence and carries himself well getting girls shouldn't be a problem.

I used to feel the same but now I don't mind it....Kashi makes the most AWESOME dark chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. Thats one way I get my chocolate fix. Also granola bars with chocolate chips are also good. My other fix is my chocolate protein shakes.

If you have an Aldi store around definitely use it! They have a lot of weight concious favs like almond milk, egg whites, greek yogurt, all types of meat (including fish), and their fruits and veggies are pretty good depending on your location... I did 30ds for November. I lost a total of 0.5 lbs.....lol but my profile pic is my before and after....lost some tummy and gained some muscle so I'm fine with that.

hahahahah Mothers say the darnest things! I've gotten down to a size smaller than I was in JR HIGH! So of course your mom is wrong. Also there are A LOT of older people here who are now smaller than they ever were in their younger years. Your body can do whatever you set your mind to!

Omg! I just did Day1 today it was soooo challenging! :-) I loved it. I tried to use my 5lb weights the entire time but a few times I picked up the 3lb a couple times. Im excited to see my results!

Honestly you're doing great! Just keep on trucking and you'll get there in no time! There are alot of times I look in the mirror and feel like the chubby out of shape girl I used to be, but clothes don't lie!
