I give myself a minimum of 3 days and I've been doing more like 5 or 6. Don't force yourself to do 6 or 7 or you will end up hating it. I feel proud of myself when I do more than the 3 days so I end up wanting to work out. Good luck!

I have the 30 Day Shred and the Yoga Meltdown. I really like the Yoga one. It's challenging. Good luck!
