feel free to add me. Lost over 40 lbs through MFP back in 2012 and pretty well kept it off until this past year. Gained 20 lbs back (which on a 5'3" frame is quite noticeable). Looking to get back on track this year.

Feel free to add me as well. I fell off for awhile last year and gained 20 lbs back from the 45 I had originally lost. 2021 is the time to take control again.

I don't drink them on a daily basis, but I do keep the cappuccino delight ones on hand at work for if I forget my breakfast and don't want to go to the vending machines. When I do drink one, it does keep me full for quite awhile. More so then a lot of the granola and cereal bars that are out there. I don't drink them on aโฆ

If we go to dinner first I usually don't eat anything. But if I have not had anything to eat I usually get my favorite which is nachos with extra jalapenos. We don't do movies very often so I don't feel bad about splurging when we do go.

Skim milk for me and sometimes I will add a dash of cinnamon to the coffee grounds when I brew a pot. Gives it a little flavor but nothing over powering.

This is the best place to get motivation and support, because almost everyone on here is going to the same kind of struggles in one way or another. So...add friends on here and read the forums when you are looking for motivation. I have a few threads that I go to every time I need encouragement and motivation. The onlyโฆ

I would recommend a heart rate monitor or fitness tracker so you know exactly how many calories you are burning during your workouts. I found that MFP tends to over calculate calories burned. It's up to you if you want to eat back your exercise calories. I know people that have lost weight eating their exercise caloriesโฆ

Anyone can add me. Been on MFP since Jan 2012. Struggling to get back into it after moving to a different state and being unemployed (stress eater here lol). I had lost 32 lbs and kept it off for quite some time but then Gained 20 pounds back from June thru December. Nobody's fault but my own:( Reading peoples amazingโฆ

Every one is different. Two people who are the same height and weight can wear two different sizes. For instance I am 5'3 and when I weighed 175 lbs I wore a size 12. My mom was the same height and weight and she was a size 16. Your best bet is either wait until the even gets closer or if you find something that you likeโฆ
