I hopped onto here because I usually suffer in silence and I need peers. I had plateaued at 209 and now it's creeping up. Very unhappy with 222. Would love some friends to come alongside.

I recommend you take a "new pumpers" class prior to Bodypump, if your gym offers it. Then you won't feel so scared! The first 3 times you do pump they don't want you to ratchet up your weights, but to work on your form. You will be fine if you follow this advice. My favorite is from the Light and Fit Yogurt container lid, peeled off from the larger size. 1/2 cup ice, 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup any juice, 1/2 cup any fruit. I use orange juice and banana.
