If you add a spoonful of chia seed to your smoothie it will help keep you full as well! Here is what I make for me and DH. water or carrot juice 3 cups spinach-fresh 2 cups frozen fruit (strawberries, mango, peach, pinnapple) 1/2 avocado 1 scoop chia seed 1 packet truvia This combo is sweet and packed with vitamins.

Real butter here too. Margarine is so much different than it was 20 years ago. There is so much water in it now. My baking does not come out right. We don't use a lot of butter so we just use the real thing.......

No I don't. DH dips his carrots in peanut butter for filling protein. I like to play around with hummus or I like to melt a laughing cow cheese wedge on them for flavor.

It's a 20 hour drive but I've seen it twice! :) We are starting annual or bi-annual trips to HHI from Iowa with our kids. First time was last year but we fell in love with it! I so wish we lived closer so it wouldn't be so expensive/time consuming to get there every year.

I think it is good that you have seeked a docter's advice and encourage you to go back if you are not satisfied or still worried. I just joined the group so hope it's still relativly active. I'm starting to train for 5K again. I'm calibrating my Nike+ today and trying to find a good 5K training app that doens't cost a lot. I don't have GPS on my phone or itouch so don't need that feature.

I use 1/4-1/2 and leave the pit in the container. It may brown just a little after 4-5 days but not bad at all.

today for lunch I mixed 1/2-3/4 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 a cut up chicken breast, 1/2 a tomato and 1/4 of an avocado. Mixed it all together. It was a ton of protein and low calorie.
