Oh wow that sounds fantastic. Keep your water intake up daily and make sure your a getting enough calories every day to fuel your body/workouts. Nothing is worse than trying to workout hard if you are low on energy or dehydrated. It zaps your endurance from my experience.

I also am using Polar HRM though currently I'm using mostly for calories burned. Heart rate I can feel isn't too high yet. Only in week 2 and really trying to run at easy enough pace that I enjoy it and look forward to completeing another day!

I have found adding avocado makes a very nice creamy consistancy. Our go to recipe is: Almond or coconut milk Lots of spinach Frozen peach, pineapple,strawberry, mango mix A few cherry tomatoes 1/4 avocado Flax seed You can also try adding a banana but I think the avocado is creamier.

I also switched to using it as our main cooking oil. It's fantastic for sauteing and browning. My other oils always smoked. We don't use it for topical applications except once for lice...eww.
