Hi there. I would love for you to add me! I've been mostly GF for a month now. Still a work in progress and always looking for ideas and recipes! I am not celiac but using diet to try and control my psoriosis.

I don't cut it out but just don't really like most of the sandwich bread anymore....I pickup some low"er" carb tortillia's and eat those 2-3 times a week instead. I still need carbs in my diet and tortillias are amost more versital than bread.

My nutritionist suggest eating 5-6 crackers and I mix up 1/2 scoop protein powder before I do CLX at 5:30am.

After a full week off I did CLX push 1 today. I love the convenience of the bands but I just don't think they are pushing me as much as a set of weights would. :( Planning on picking up some running starting this week to help burn some calories. Could be sugar/carb crash? If your eating a flavored yogurt they tend to have a lot of carbs and fruit also has lots of carbs due to the sugar content. Are you mixing with water? I would try having it with some additional protein/fat like add in some PB or almond butter. Or have some egg whites with it to round out a small…

I am starting push tomorrow but worried..... My weights only go up to 10lbs so I bought a set of three bands over the weekend. I didn't see much results from burn and wondering if it's because I didn't have heavy enough weights. Will the bands (light, medium, heavy) get the job done for push?

Agree!! I live out in the country and do not have pets. both of my neighbors have large dogs that roam free. digging in our yard, leaving steaming piles for our kids to step in........get a fence folks. If I wanted a dog I would get one. I don't want yours.

That sounds great! I love kettlebell swings! I will be starting PUSH next week and can't wait to move on. I only have weights up to 10 lbs though so I'm worried that's not going to cut it......

I also workout early, 5am. My trainer suggests that I have 1/2 cup or 1/2 serving of protein drink and a few crackers before I workout. Then I eat a larger breakfast at 8 or 8:30.

Great job on the start! I have been truly resting on the off days but I'm only in week 2 :). I think it would be wise for me to add in some cardio those days. I'm not as sore this week and still getting used to getting up at 5am.....

For my lunch or snack I have been bringing to work baby spinach, small amount of mayo and either tuna or chicken to mix together for a salad. I also make Turkey burgers with ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs and grill up a few for the week and pack in my lunch for snack or lunch with low carb tortillia or spinach topping. 2…

I do the plain oatmeal with some peaches on top. I make up a bunch of low carb toriliias with scrambled eggs/whites and salsa or taco sauce, freeze and thaw one each morning in microwave.
