I typically remove my makeup except eye's before I workout as I go during work hours. Then after I reapply light foundation/lips. If I don't remove it I breakout and my sweat towel just looks gross. I hate to look at it let alone everyone else having to look at it. :)

2004 Honda Pilot and I love it! 150K+ miles and has been the most reliable, low cost to maintain vehicle I have ever had. It's comfortable, easy to drive and only been in the repair shop once (for something other than maintenaince) in the 7+ years we've owned it. Yes, I recommend.

For sure! I am on the egg train. Both me and DH have 2 every morning. DH has cholesterol problems and Dr. recommends eggs every morning for him!

I'm 5'4" and started at 170. Ick! Really didn't feel as big as I did till I saw myself in pictures. I have worked my way down slowly to 163 but have lost more inches than weight I think. Down to a 10-12 from a 14. I have cut out soda and watching my calories. I take 1-2 protein shakes a day and exercise 3-5 times a week.

We usually do 1%. Meet in the middle as DH hates skim for the taste but I dislike 2% for all the fat. :)

I also use sun crystals. It has a touch of sugar and is 5 cal. per packet. I don't love it like real cane sugar but it's the best tasting sugar substitute IMO. I get mine at regular grocery store. Fareway around my area but I would imagine most will carry it or something very similar like Truvia.

Yes, the dvd includes on it a choice of workouts. Level 1, 2, or 3 each being 25-30 minutes long. You are supposed to essentially do each level for 10 days then move to next but level but each person is different. 30 day shred is fantastic! Under 30 minutes and is very effective. You will be sore but she packs a full body workout in a short time. I have been using this every other to every 3rd day and running on the other days. It's been a great combo so far for me.

I am trying to stop my am coffee as I was heavy creamer/sugar gal. Just too many cal and the sugar crash was bad and I don't like it black. Moved on to warm tea with milk and stevia. Not there yet but I'm tryin'.

I would have to say running but agree with previous poster on alternating days running/30DS. That is what I will be doing to try to get the best of both!!
