I have not tried it myself but my brother in law swears by it. He has diverticulitis and takes it everyday to help with those symptoms. He went off of it and symptoms flared up so he takes one a day. Started using it as weight loss/nutrition shake and found it helps a lot with his condition.

If there are no leftovers from dinner I sometimes will take some chicken breast and mix it in with cottage cheese, avocado and tomato. OR Canned Tuna with corn, cottage cheese and tomato These are two of my go to lunches.

Running skirt!! They are fabulous. I got both mine from target. have a shorter compression short underneath to lesses chafing though I still apply body glide. Skirts are long enough to cover and most important THEY DON'T RIDE UP!

I drink a green smoothie every morning and take 1/2 dose of shaklee vita-lea multivitamin. I also take a vitamin D3 supplement as well.

No, I don't think so at all. My DD is 3.5 and I still cart a stroller around in my car. If we are out for a long day of shopping or taking a long walk she just gets tired and needs a break and I won't hold her for that long. It makes for a more enjoyable day or evening for all.

I'm 5'4" and trying to lose about 25. I'm 165 and weigh as much as I did when I was pregnant with my first! Time to dial it down. I would like to be back in the 130-140 range but will be very happy if I make it to 145.

If you knees are hurting make sure when you are doing squats/lunges that your knees don't pass your toes. Really stick that bootie out like your sitting in a chair. I was getting really sore knees until I figured out my form was wrong and it made all the difference.

This is fantastic!! I used frozen brocolli and corn instead of the leek and pepper since I had those on hand. Leftovers are wonderful too. A perfect office lunch to reheat.

I vote no on tanning. My family is very fair and prone to burning which means my mother and grandmother both have had skin cancer and I've had suspiciouse moles removed/tested at 20 years old.
