Congratulations! I'm getting married next Sat!! So, so, so very excited! I didn't have strict weight regimen. I've been doing Insanity for about a mth and it did help me to lose a few extra lbs. Thx guys!! I struggled through Cardio power this morning, but I'm going to keep at it. I can't recall doing a workout program where I sweat this much....lol. Looking fwd to Abs tomorrow : )
