Glad I found this group. I also plan to start Insanity on June 3rd. I've completed it before, took a long break from it & I think it's time to start again. I will definitely need the motivation.

I am the same way, very ravenous right before TOM. I mostly crave chocolate, so I'll indulge on a Lindt chocolate ball or two :wink: during the day or after dinner.

Nice work! You look great! I'm on 2nd to last week of mth 2. Had to take a break because of my knees & also had family town which threw off my schedule :frown: Finally have our home in order again, gonna pick up from where I left off tonight. :smile:

Same here. Not much of a difference on scale but clothes feel a little loose & my wedding band also feels loose again : )

I tried running a cpl times a wk while doing Insanity, needless to say, bad idea...very bad idea! My knees & legs would hurt so bad. So I just do Insanity, at least for now. I think I might do a little running next week since it's recovery week!! Yaaayyyyyy!! I'm so looking forward to the recovery week :smile:

Missed Day 3 :frown: I went running in the morrning & the plan was to complete it in the afternoon but I wasn't feeling very well...I was able to muster up some energy to go & see a few friends n fam, so the 4th did not turn out completely bad. I'm going to try to catch up after wk.
