Pure cardio I'm okay with, but today was the Plyo disc for me and that seems to be the one I have the most trouble with, but I guess that means it's the one I need to really put in the most effort on0

I started month 2 on Sunday and the Max recovery today just about killed me....intense Pilates/yoga stuff..OMG!0

I just finished the cardio abs for the first time today and I think I pulled a muscle in my back during those high planks. I guess my back is weaker than my abs.0
