  • Sonds like you are on the right track. I had the same issue, after a good start the scale was not budging. I was not eating enough food! If you add about 200-300 calories a day, you may see it move again. The first week I added the extra calories I lost almost 3 pounds. Good luck, and keep on going!
  • Great achievment! My goal is to go from Queen sized to Princess sized!
  • Everytime someone brings food to the office, I think of how many people are poking and touching the food and how many people don't wash their hands regularly. Keeps me away from the food for sure!
  • Could be a combination of building muscle and not eating enough food to nourish your body. I am having the same issue. Worked very hard at excercise and good food choices and the scale did not move! Frustrating, but got to keep going forward!
  • Orange Pineapple "salad" 1 container FF cool whip 1 box FF orange jello 1 small can of crushed pineapple drained. Mix all together and enjoy.
  • If you look at it as one day at a time it might be easier. Wake up each day with an attitude like " just for today I will be 100% successful" Then do that every day. I have been working at this for years, had many ups and downs, and I am still a work in progress.
  • It's sad but true that it is so much easier putting the calories in than getting the calories out! I keep telling myself that when I get to where I want to be, it will all have been worth it. You may add me as a friend and I will try and help keep you motivated. We can coach each other.
  • Try Junonia.com. They have great excecise and yogo clothes. They are a bit pricey, but might have the size you need.
  • While I enjoy Biggest Loser, their weight loss is in a controled environment, excercising 5-8 hours a day and the first week is more like 10-12 days. Wait till next week, and see how the numbers change. Biggest loser is not realistic normal weight loss.
  • Try Crystal Light. I mix Ice tea with Orange! Lot's of great flavors!
