Completely understood! I've lost over 10% of my weight, and people are just now starting to notice my loss. It's very frustrating when so many people on here have goals to lose 10-15 pounds, and then they look fantastic. On me- that is not even noticeable!

Yay! I recently went shopping in the "normal" section, too. JOY!!! Congratulations on your (very) hard work!

I take nutritional supplements (aka diet pills) for the caffeine/energy booster. Since I dont drink coffee or tea, and have limited my sodas- I had to have something to pep me up.. and 5 hour energy gets expensive really quickly! So- I head into my neighborhood GNC and ask for energizing blends. Some are really pricey- but…

Way to go, ladies!!! :)

Wow! You look gorgeous. Great job!

No- you should not stop the rowing and bench dips- they're very much working to your advantage. You look awesome! *jealous*

I want my 2 dollars!

I'm a fan of crock-pot chicken, too! Boiling will work, but I find it's to not be as tasty as cooking in its own juices.

Yes! I met my husband online 6 years ago on yahoo personals. Although I was the first girl he met online, I dated a couple of other guys. Met some weirdos, met some nice guys... In the end- it worked for me!

That's really fantastic! You've done a wonderful job.

I'm 5'11" and love being tall! Although I don't wear a lot of heels, it's more about me not being able to walk in them than feeling too tall. Although I've never fallen, I swear my ankles are not supposed to bend that way. There are a few pairs I own that are comfortable and I enjoy wearing. But I love shoes with a…

There is definitely a huge difference in your back. Great job! I'm about to start Level 3!

I cannot believe this hasn't already been mentioned... GET IN SHAPE, GIRL! Yes- I am a product of the 80s & I still have the ribbon dance moves to prove it. :)
-
I'm 5'11"- and just under 200 pounds. With my HRM, I find that I burn 7-10 cals/min. When 10 cal/minute- it's very high intensity, no rest.

I use the Wii Zumba 2 three to four times per week, for convenience, but if I have the time- I go to a real class. Real classes are more fun with all the people/energy, and I burn more calories with the back to back songs- but I have a good time with the Wii game. I started playing the Wii game mid-December and have lost…

Jenn- glad you feel it- because you are totally (not pretty) awesome!!! (Wait! Did that come out right? you're very pretty, too!!! :) ) Congrats on admiring yourself. Honestly- I can't wait until my armpit fat is gone!!! One day....

I'm shredding again... and loving it! The first time it just made me angry, but two months later I've gotten so much stronger- I can actually get through the vast majority without a break. Jenn- I still don't know how you do it with 5# weights... I have 3# & am alright until the anterior (shoulder) raises- circuit 3 of L1.…

Damn Beccyleigh!!! Way to go. Love the motto! :)

Yes!

I, too, get dressed & my water with the tv OFF while she goes through her spiel at the beginning. I use 3# weights- and can do all the reps. I couldn't do all the anterior (shoulder) raises (L1, circuit 3) the first two days, but am fine after that. (I'm still on L1)

Although I've gotten pretty good at consistently working out- I tend to do the same things. So- for February... I need to mix it up. My goal is to make it into the gym at least 2x/week- and not go straight to the elliptical. I will also work out 3x/week at home... and throw something in other than Wii Zumba (although I am…

I also created a Wii Zumba exercise for Zumba 2. Totally addictive game- you're gonna love it!!! For me- the Wii overcalculates my calorie burn by about 20-25% according to my HRM.

welcome!

I love zumba. Live classes are the funnest, but I'm kind of addicted to Wii Zumba 2. It's not as easy to follow as a live class, but still a good time. I'm 5'11" and just under 200#. I use a HRM and burn about 600 cals per hour in a live class, and around 500 cals/hour with the Wii (there's a lot more down time between…
