My cycling goal is to double last years kms, and to reduce by half the number of hills I walked up in the bike tour. So: 500kms (I'm not sure how many miles!) and to walk up only 2 hills each way!

Now that I look at it - it is Wii Fit that I have! Like I said before, it's not too bad, but I did get bored with it. I have DDR for the wii as well. lol...I'm not really co-ordinated enough for it!

Could you use a regular pumpkin instead of canned? I don't really know what's in canned pumpkin...is it just pumpkin or is there spice too?

I like soups :) I keep a couple of Campbell's or Knorr's (tetra pak style) in my office in case I don't have time to pack a lunch of left overs (my other favorite) I also like hummus and salsa/guacamole with melba toasts and veggies.

If you like oregano, try oil of oregano - just a drop or two in your water bottle. It'll help with indigestion too.

My DH bought it last spring right after it came out. It's not bad. There are a lot of fun little games to play. We both used it faithfully until we got bored of it. Offer to be a designated driver (ie the driver who's not drinking) that way you have an "excuse" to not drink.
