It was a tankini, but hey - I wouldn't have been caught dead in one a year ago! A whole lot of body acceptance has happened over the last 6 months, and that's what I'm celebrating!

I have a similar problem: my digital scale is usually 2lbs heavier than my trainer's non digital, but very accurate scale. Sometimes my scale is 2 lbs less. I paid about $50 Cdn for it 3 years ago...maybe it is just not accurate because it's cheap?

I had one that kept recurring and it wasn't until the doctor asked about us using protection and explained that we were passing it back and forth. Protection for both during sex, and whatever you doctor prescribes will clear it up in a couple of days!

I like making Jello salads...there are tons of different kinds that have very few calories, and they still get rid of the sweet craving, sometimes the right recipe can get rid of crunchy too!

You could try some pro wrap. (Do they have that in the US?) It is supposed to be good for chaffing and blisters - among many other uses!

I don't officially weigh in at my gym until Friday, but my guesstimate is that I'm down by 1 lb, based on my not as accurate scale at home.

I think I figured out a solution. I wanted to reward myself after the gym, I was going to buy a new CD and then beside the CDs I saw these cards. They have a pin number on them that you enter to get your mp3s. This way I don't have to join some monthly club, nor will I get carried away and purchase more than I had planned.…

Haha! I love the name of this group! My weight today is 190 My goal is to be 180 by April 1st (and maybe to fit into my smallest pair of "someday I'll fit into these" jeans!) I also want to work on increasing my water.

If there is a YMCA or YWCA in your town and you can't afford a gym, they can be very accommodating. Also some gyms will give you your membership free if you volunteer for them. If you really would sooner go to the gym, then I think you should go and talk to someone at your local gym...there might be a creative solution!

Hi All I seem to do fine meeting my daily goals in everything but sugar. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep my sugar count a little lower? Or should I even worry about it? Thanks.

I've been on beta blockers for a while now. I do find it hard to lose weight, but that could for many reasons. The biggest thing I don't like about beta blockers is that I can't eat grapefruit. I love grapefruit. :love: I'm hopeful that I'll eventually get off them though :wink:
