Hi Everyone, I'm Ashley and I am a proud momma of a 6 month old son! I have been an MFP'er since 2011 when I joined to lose weight for my wedding. I ended up losing 22 pounds and feeling great about myself. Now, I'm back to lose that same 22 pounds that I packed on with baby!

Yay! I am glad we both can do this together and keep each other motivated not to "eat for two" and keep fit!! How are you feeling?

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! In my efforts to lose weight for my wedding, I found the following things are what helped me lose weight (22 pounds). 1. Run (if your knees/doctors permit it). Doesn't matter how good you are, you will get better (when I started, I could not run 1/4 miles, I now run 5-6 easily). I simply…

Oh and anything Avenged Sevenfold is very great for pumping you up! Scream is my fave :)

I am SUPER eclectic when it comes to music preference. If you like hard rock, I REALLY love Tool when I run...it gets me pumped. All their songs are great, but Jambi has a great beat as does Ticks & Leeches. Other Suggestions: Born to Run - Springsteen (duh!) Mumford & Sons - I Will Wait Jason Aldean - Take a Little Ride…

Yup, you're pants look like they're fitting looser through the thigh area. Great loss! ;)

I have got to be the only female that couldn't stand this book. Honestly, the writing? Terrible. The sex scenes? Repetitive. The plot? What plot? Ugh, I tried SO hard to get through the first one...and still haven't been able to finish.

Egg whites (3) Weight Watchers Mexican Blend Cheese (1/3 cup) Greek Yogurt = around 300 calories, plenty of protein and delicious!

Ditto to this one. I never work out without it!

I work in the music business. Selling VIP packages for concerts. Not too bad of a gig!

"You'll sit around forever if you wait for the right time...what are you waiting for?" It's a Jimmy Eat World lyric. I love it because you can apply it to anything...go live your life today! Don't wait!

5'9 and approximately 5 inches taller than ALL of my friends! I literally feel like a giant awkward weirdo when we go out...sigh... At present, I am 162. In April, I got down to 149 and that looked pretty good on me, but I would love to get down to 140 ultimately.
