  • Bump for answers...I too am 5'5 and I'm 34 years old and I recently starting doing TDEE -20%. I'm scared to step on the scale for awhile because I'm scared I've been eating so much more. I really hope this works, as I'm pretty active with cardio and strength training and I was finding it hard to lose weight before this.…
  • Way to go! The first time doing one of the new workouts is the worst but I've noticed it gets better each time. You can do it! :smile:
  • I did 8 for the first time this morning and absolutely loved it. I'm hoping 7 goes a little better on Thursday when I do it again...will need to find major motivation to push play! Just keep thinking of the great results and how much its paying off!

  • I agree! It's totally worth it! I'm never gotten results like this before so it's very exciting and motivating!
  • I have an iPhone 4s and Otterbox case and that link is the armband I use and the phone in the otterbox case fits well in it and I run with it on with no problems. I do not have to remove my phone from the otterbox case to use it.

  • I too did cardio 1 for the first time today and was surprised at how good of a workout it was. I'm used to running and doing my elliptical and was worried it wouldn't be challenging enough but it sure was! Loving this program so far and excited to see the results!
