Before I deployed and had a change of heart, I used to sit on the couch with a beer while my wife did zumba, now I'm off the sauce and dieting myself!

Hard to get motivated when it's 122 degrees outside (deployed military) but i want to lose 27 pounds by november 1st to look great for my family when i return home. so far, 7 days of nailing the calorie limit, run/elliptical every other day, adding core exercises one at a time until i'm comfy doing them.
