Thanks everyone for the Info on the calorie deficit, this means that after the workout I did today I can have a nice big dinner and not want to chew my arm off tonight. Hopefully you have the same sort of day cupboard stalker, so neither of us go to bed feeling really hungry tonight :)

I'm still unsure of eating more when I have done exercise. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of burning those calories?

Also laying in bed trying to avoid eating my own arm. Hope you get through it :)
