Jumping jacks are under the cardio section. I did about 2 mins today which was about 90-100 jumping jacks (sorry i lost count after 60! But did 50 in 1 min) so not sure if that helps? not sure bout the others, but well done! And keep up the hard work!

Ooooh I'm I'm! Mine came the other day so have literally just done day 1. I don't have any weights yet so used 2 tins of chickpeas! Will be getting some weights this weekend. Looking forward to shredding with you! Good luck xx
