From what i gather from the program its all about endurance. Yes distance and speed is important too but that will come after you up your endurance. I am on D2W4 and honestly just focus on getting through with out dying. lol. My runs are usually around 5.5 which is pretty speedy for me since i have such short legs....lol…

yeah, me too. I dont think my butt could take it because it hurts quite a bit after 15 or so minutes....you would think because i have more padding....

Example: This week each person has a goal to burn 1200 calories, 50 push-ups and 4 30 minute cardio days. Pretty doable even for the busy person. And as long as your moving i dont care if you reach the goals or not, just do the best you can. :bigsmile:

Did D2W3 today and it was cake!!! Not sure if it was easier because i did it after an hour Zumba class and i was already warmed up....either way i did an extra 3 minute interval because i was feeling froggy. :o) Probably do D3W3 tomorrow!

I eat basically this at least twice a week.. granted it 3 egg whites, fat free cheddar and whole wheat english muffin but i also have 2 slices of reduced sodium bacon...mmmm. (i reserve it for the days i am going to burn a ton of calories.) Eat it then go for a run, simple solution. :o)

You know me, i 100% back any thing Zumba. Another option is Tae Bo and i have also heard that the Bob Harper DVDs are good too. You can always do 30 day shred just not 30 days of it, it is a good workout. :bigsmile:
