Heyy, Meg here. Im 27, married since with a 2 1/2 year old ball of energy! I walk at 3.7 and run anywhere from 5.5 to 7 depending on how ambitious i am. :o)

I am starting week 2 tonight and i really had no plans of running outside (its chilly here in PA and i hate cold!) lol, we do that now with Hershey park...although i didn't have to hide the food among diapers, lol, they don't care if you pack lunches to take in. Thanks for the info! :bigsmile:

My husband is leaving for Boot camp for the Air Force in January so we decided to run a 5K together December 10th...ill only be on week 6 but its something we can do together :o)

I finished week one yesterday and moving on to week 2 tomorrow. I kinda tweaked my right shin/ankle pushing a little too hard on the last interval, so i think i'm going to take it easy and not push quite so hard. :o)

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! hah Its been a pretty cold fall here already and i'm not a huge fan of cold. My husbands sister lives in Vista so we thankfully will have some family close...well less than a cross country trip anyway! :o)

Yes, i am a creature of even numbers. I hate having weird numbers to remember so i usually go until im satisfied. :o) Weird i know, but i usually get an extra 5-10 minutes and extra calories so in this case my OCD isnt bad. :laugh:

Just got home from the gym and finished up D2W1 of C25K. I ate an awesome dinner, lol, so i knew i needed to burn some extra calories to come out a little closer to even. I was doing 3.5 walking for 90 sec and 6.5 or 7.0 for 60 sec running!! Phew!!!:yawn: Stats: 35 minutes, 2.45 miles, 215 calories. I can see improvement…
