  • dont be discouraged! any loss is good!! Are you taking in enough water? I've noticed when i dont lose or even when i seem to gain it is when i only have 1 or 2 glasses of water that day.

  • LOL I am on 800 cal a day, or 875 if I eat whol grains - which I do. I generally eat around 1000 cal/ day. and I exercise. The place I go does not allow under that. If I have a soda, it is diet. so, no, around 1000cal of food. And, yes, I take vitamins. As I said, I am getting off of it and only went on as a experiement…
