monday 10 mins strength tuesday 30 mins aerobics wednesday 60 mins swim/strength/walk thursday 90 mins cleaning/jog/walk/strength friday saturday sunday 190/180 mins thats cool, i can aim higher next time :)

hi, you can add me too, i am 185 lb and i'd like to lose at least 25lb, and i so need motivation to do it. i am also wanting to lose weight to get pregnant again hopefully.:smile:

ok i am very new to all this but i think this is the motivation i need, i have done 40 mins so far this week, i think i will aim for the 180 and go from there. :)
