My favorite way to eat veggies is to roast them. I put lots of cut up veggies on a tray, drizzle with olive oil, add a bit of salt and pepper and roast for about 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Adding balsamic vinegar is a nice change too!

I had two c-sections. Please, go slow. Although you can technically work out in 4.5 weeks, your muscles in your ab area have been through the ringer! Take it slow and REALLY listen to your body!

Hi, I"m Cat. I actually work from home for an online university. I have my office set up in my nook. So, what's doubly hard for me is that I really don't even have to get dressed to leave the house, why would I want to exercise?! I know that's my huge problem.

Hi! I'm Cat and I crochet. I love making baby things...blankets, booties, hats, etc. I've also made some mittens, specialized scarves and hats. I'm currently working on some nerdy style golf hats for a friend's play. I like to crochet while I watch tv, which isn't very much :)

I agree with whoever said they would have to pry the coffee from my cold dead hands! That's me in a nutshell! I used to drink my coffee with lots of french vanilla creamer. I weaned myself off of that to milk and sugar and am now down to about one packet of splenda in a very large cup of coffee. It took me about 6 weeks to…
