I was a little put off by a chest strap but I wore it for the first time last night and this morning. it runs right along my sports bra and I dont even notice it there at all.

Yes I also by the lean pork tenderloin that has the calories on there for me too for that reason. I feel like sometimes I'm choosing the wrong thing from the database. Then I'm like why to I do all this scale mesureing if I select the wrong item, my grams aren't helping me much then! :ohwell:

set an alarm on you phone to go off every 15 min. telling you not to eat it. dont go hungry eat a healthy snack before you go and drink a lot of water or tea, it will make it easier to not give in to temptation. I believe that is just to chart ur progress like if you go up in reps or weight, just kinda record keeping. to log the calories log the time spend under wieght lifting in the top section.

Well thats good news to me better then thinkings its less. that must be 4 oz. raw? I got that off of many different calorie counts I wasn't just throwing out random numbers.

Just wondering where you got these stats from cause 4 oz's of chicken breast has 220 cals asparagus 5 spears has 25 so that's 245 cals? Anyways here what I ate last night and its about 140 cals. Sharataki noodles, with 2 tbls salsa 1 laughing cow wedge, 50g of pork loin roast. It was very yummy and filling!

Here is a great tip/idea I got from a co-worker...Ask for a to go box and put half your meal in the box and set it aside. How many times have you said I'm only gonna eat half but kept going cause it was so good or just simply in front of you. I plan on using this in the future..

Peanut butter for sure, its like once I start I cant stop...so I wont buy it. Pizza I'm the same way with both of those I'll just eat myself silly lol. Oh and just about anything sweet.
