Keep that stuff out of the house. Call a friend for support when you are starting to have a craving, or chew a piece of gum, have a crystal light something sweet to get you past it. And the part about, I already blew it, I'll just keep going.... Let me ask you this: If you get a flat tire, do you go and pop the other three?

I just got past a plateau and I work with a personal trainer, who said the same thing, eat more. He suggested i do calorie spike days, meaning, have just a couple days where I eat more calories (I allow 1250 a day, he said I should try a couple days higher but keep it under 2000, don't go crazy) it totally worked.

I actually strive to go over on fiber and protein without being too excessive. Sugar is one I try very hard not to go over on, even with fruit sugars, because it can contribute to belly fat gain.

You need to keep your calories low, but you also need to eat the right TYPES of calories. Clearly you need to put a lot more thought…

Cut out all white carbs, potatoes, rice, pasta bread. Cardio at least 30-45 minutes a day, five days a week. You'll see a difference quickly.

Also like…

Started as vanity (my profile pic is me in 2009 - that's the goal, get back to THAT), but now that I've been on here for a while I'm totally into the nutrients and making sure I get the right KINDS of calories, it's working wonders and I feel fantastic.
