the calorie difference would come from how much oil you use... so measure that out

it still really depends on the person. MFP says I burn 600+ cals when i do an hour of foor hockey but in reality, I burn 400ish. for some MFP is accurate and for others not. simple as that

that seems high. i have t agree with you. i did it today and my HRM said 194 which i was sad about haha. my HR was about 140 to 160 and i'm in the 150s. did it come with a chest strap?

as others have said, a large part is about the ratio. Manually change your fitness goals to this. perhaps think about investing in a HRM. I used to track mine by circuit training, but I def do not burn how much .i.t claimed.
