this diet works because you're eating at a very low calorie deficit for these rounds. nothing more.

do you have a HRM that is more accurate for the activities you do? if not then i don't suggest eating back all your calories. I personally find MFP is much higher than my HRM says. Maybe eat back about 75% and see if that makes a difference over the next few weeks

the MFP suggestions of percentages is based on the US food pyramid. Carbs from whole grains and fruits and veggies are ideal. You can also change your percentages if you want. I have my protein set a bit higher as well as fat with carbs as the lowest. Its just my preference.

BMI is just a simple tool to assess health in terms of weight and height. nothing more nothing less. just a basic tool. Obviously your friend's BMI is higher due to more muscle and BMI wouldn't be very accurate. starving works but it's a super ****ty cycle to be in. It's not sustainable in the long term unless you stick with a starvation diet the rest of your life. Instead when you eat you're going to start binging and your body will be more susceptible to holding onto that weight

did a 25 min walk with my dog. wanted to use elliptical but my feet are all banged up from walking far in bad shoes yesterday hope everyone has a great day!! food wise mine is rather "meh" so far but i'm being positive and just moving on!

yeah my 8-16 ounces of coffee comes to 4 calories. i use milk and use a 1/3 of cup for both so 30 calories if i remember correctly. then a splenda

not sure about the tofu ones but if you get miracle noodles do not boil them for longer than a minute. they are precooked

yeah i just got mine in the mail the other day!! they def have a different consistency than other types of oodles. more of a rubbery texture (but not overly so unless you overcook them). They come in 7 ounce bags and i ate the bag up with some of those green giant steamers over top for a sauce. Very yummy and satisfying…

say what at the less than 1 cal per day? anyway, your gf is incorrect. our genetics determine where we lose weight from and everyone carries it differently. ex i don't carry weight in my abdomen... and my thighs are last to go since im pear shaped
