no you aren't building muscle. it takes a calorie surplus to do that. and stop saying "only". i'm not sure what you expect but 1-2 pounds is normal weight loss per week. you're setting yourself up for fail with this attitude.

yeah i don't get the 0 point thing at all. you can have up to 8 bananas per day for 0 points? ok. because that's over 700 calories right there. i count everything.

sleeping for two hours after a night shift then getting up for a mother's day lunch at my aunt's house and then coming home to sleep :P we always have homemade eggs Benedict every year

you won't be in starvation mode within 2 weeks. human bodies are a remarkable thing. it often takes months or even years to get the actual effects but many people around here throw it out very loosely

i highly doubt that. it may be from contributing factors such as having increased energy but even still... doubt there's any credible scientific studies stating such. i do drink it however. but not to burn fat ;)

if you're used to what MFP says or what gym equipment says than yeah it ill seem lower. and if you don't have much weight to lose than you don't burn as much

they're useless now that ephedra has been banned since 2006 or something similar. it's the ECA stack (ephedra caffeine and asprin) that would stop hunger and help with the thermogenic properties to burn more fat.

veggies whole grains and fruit have tons of fibre in them. carefully read labels. it's best not to be on laxatives always or your body does begin to rely on it

i agree with you on some points but tbh i don't think all mentally ill people should be lumped together. such a variety of illnesses. and even within the illnesses a variety of manifestations

i'm all about upbeat music. britney spears' new album has some grleat songs for working out. criminal, drop dead beautiful are some great ones. and while i tried to resist her music, Kesha's blow is great. and so are a few others.

stay to the outside of the store to get fresh stuff and only go into the aisles for other necessities. coffee, etc

tha must be super frustrating. emotional eating is super hard to come over too :( i wish you the bet. try to remember why you're doing this and that you know what you're doing is best for you

if im super busy i use my magic bullet to mix coffee with weider's 90% chocolate protein powder for a yummy mocha as my breakfast

it's not the end of the world despite what many think here. you have to do what works for you and if having a coke zero once a day works for you, then go for it

you just wan to make sure you're intaking healthy fats from olive oils, nuts, etc. otherwise make sure your eating mostly non processed foods you're in a calorie deficit still so it shouldn't impede weight loss

as someone who has one, it'd be good to elaborate what the podcast is about besides a general 'eating disorder". there are different ones and a variety of topics to discuss.
