I can't eat wheat or dairy, so I do a really heavy dark rye bread toasted, with 1tbs Almond Butter and and a banana. That keeps me going for sure!

Why don't you go and have a workout in the morning before you go? And make sure you eat something healthy before you leave so you are not hungry when you get there. Drink lots of water before you leave and take a bottle with you! Enjoy yourself !

You can buy these buns at Superstore (not sure where you are), but they are called Burger First. Super thin. Weight Watchers makes a pita bread as well that you could try. Or, just use a Romaine leaf to hold it all in there. That is a super good healthy alternative..

In my past experience, being on Weight Watchers, I always look for low point foods. A good trick for me was to eat Dill Pickles.
