I am on about 1,400 calories a day. I usually start my day out with a banana and on work days I stop at Del Taco and get a bean and cheese cup (with extra cheese). I went on a 3 day Mexican Cruise last October for a wedding. It is the party boat out of Long Beach, Ca. Drank all day and night, food wasn't that great and I lost a few pounds too! It was just the kick I needed to continue!
