Hi Jamie, I was just trying to calculate this for myself. You can google it - and depending on your weight and the fact that it's a 90 min. class, it will give you the answer. I am 150 lbs, and I burn 1,000 or more calories per class. (I was happy to find that out ;) - stephany (scy7)
