my trip to NY proved to be a drinking fest. I will be good until the 23rd... our 6 month wedding anniversary. I will stick to wine then too I bet... I failed this month. But at least I am not drinking casually, just for/at specific occasions. :-/ DRY AUGUST FOR SURE! I have nothing going on then, :)

Whats is our goal for this week? maybe 8 glasses of water, and 45 min work out a day? or maybe 8 glasses of water, 30-45 minute work out and eat 5 servings of fruit/veggies (total) a day? I think we should incorporate a nutritious goal. Working out is easy-peasy :laugh:

My scale results will be awful tommorow. I have stuck to the week 1 goals though- 8 glasses of water and 30min exercise. The problem is that I drank alcohol 4 days this past week... which as we all know messes up the scale. :( I am making a goal for myself to not drink the entire month of July-- unless its 1 GLASS of wine.…
