I am so glad you posted this. When I eat breakfast first thing (when I am not hungry) I am starving the rest of the day!

Any tips for controlling appetite and impulse eating? I want to start taking a supplement. I am consistant with my exercise, but I over eat 70% of the time... not good! I AM willing to take supplements. I already take B vitamins, Biotin and a Pre-natal multi (not trying ot get pregnant though). THANK YOU!!!

Ahh!! I have the same issue tonight- but at Mr Chow in Beverly Hills. I am a vegetarian, so it may not be as difficult.. but I am always that annoying customer who askes what everything is made out of... laol...

LOL!! waking up to grapes sounds hysterical. I understand though.. I am a sucker for all summer fruits. Cherries and causing me to go broke! Why are they always so expensive??? :p

I have not had kids yet either and this concerned me. Then I though about allll the women in the world with implants who have babies. NO PROBLEM! If you get silicone, its prudent to redo them ever 10 years or so. I figure in 1o years I will DEF be done having children and I can do a lift AND a redo!!! :love:

Well, its really no upper body/jogging for 6 weeks. I lunges across the living room and squatted instead of bending over for he first 4 weeks. Well, I braved the scale for the first time since surgery... 4 weeks. I only gained 3 pounds, and 2 of em should be boobage.
