I weigh every day BECAUSE of the fluctuations - I want to make sure I catch the lowest reading of the week! I also find it keeps me focused and on track. Thanks for the advice! I am not going to include a healthy snack (such as the red pepper strips I just ate) as LNS. I am trying to stop the mindless chip and popcorn eating! So, here is my revised score: Me: 6 LNS: ZERO!!! This thread is so simple, yet so effective!
