Fellow teacher/mum/wife here :) Currently on maternity leave with my second (he is almost 4 months). Trying to establish some healthy routines that I can maintain once I return to the hectic life of teaching!

I have an almost 4 month old and a 4 year old :) I know how tough it can be! I am only tracking exercise and progress (not calories), so I don't have a food diary to share, but I am happy to cheer others on! Feel free to add me if you would like some support from a fellow mom.

I totally understand! I have two kids as well - a 3 1/2 month old and a preschooler (who never naps! ). I am able to walk with both in the stroller, but I struggle to find time to do strength training...Baby still gets me up at night for feedings, so I find it so hard to get up early to workout. Baby takes very short naps…
